SAKAI manufactures a complete range of asphalt rollers to help you achieve density and IRI goals: small 1.5 ton (35.5″) and 3 ton (47″) vibratory double drum rollers for driveways, parking lots, cart paths, ball courts, patch work, landscaping, and turn lanes. Medium 4.5 ton (51″) and 8 ton (58″) compactors for residential roads, large drives, commercial parking lots, city streets, county roads, shoulders, and road widening. Highway class 11 ton (66″), 14 ton (79″), and 15 ton (84″) tandem asphalt rollers for state highway paving, interstates, large commercial jobs, and airports. Industry-leading gear-driven true double-drum oscillation is available on our ND variant models.
The TW series combination rollers feature a front drum + rear tires which gives you the versatility of multiple compactors in one and promotes an overall smoother, denser finish. We even make the world’s only vibratory tire roller, the GW754, which delivers the compaction of a 25 ton static traffic roller at only 10 tons and kneads longitudinal joints to help you get bonuses. Finally, our static 3-wheel roller delivers smoothness good enough for renowned race tracks while excelling on thin lifts, bridge decks, and joint compaction.

The 54″ SV204, 66″ SV414, and the best-selling 84″ SV544 soil compactors are all proudly built here in Adairsville, Georgia. The SV204 is suitable for small to medium site prep jobs, confined residential areas, large trench compaction, and utility work. The SV414 excels at medium duty site work, roadway subbase, subgrade, building foundations, embankments, and no-vibe areas (oscillatory ND model). The largest SV544 is the most popular SAKAI compactor sold in North America and is utilized for: medium to high production site preparation, dams, reservoirs, highway subbase, airport subgrades, and large commercial / industrial tracts.
Our soil compactors are available in smooth drum, padfoot or sheeps foot drum, or factory installed shell configurations (with the industry’s best smooth over padfoot shell design). Enclosed cabs, strike off blades, and other options are available. Traction control is standard on the SV414 & SV544.
